Our Chain mail arrived with a small portion not attached. I did not want to return it because my son is still pleased with it and he scared he will not get it back. Contacted company by email 2 times and never not a reply. Had wanted to get a repair kit or some extra loops. Little disappointed they never got back to me. Other wise I am very pleased with the item and the shipping.
