Round Riveted with Solid combination half coif with ventail. made in 16 gauge 9 mm ring this half coif is represent pre-historic medieval period. There are lot of use in modern world reenactment. The most common use is to attach it to the helmet.
It has shape of standard size hood, the hood cap has been removed to make is a half coif so that top portion of 26-28 inch circumference can be attached to the helmet. The side ventail does it job as usual to protect your face. Standard chain mail flair covering shoulder like an aventail.
